THR 2219 - Directing

This course is a study of the basic methods and techniques of directing plays with special emphasis on script analysis, creative concept development, and methods of rehearsing and working with actors. Students are required to direct short play scenes.

Prerequisite: THR 1110 or permission of the instructor
