Confidentiality of Student Records
Notification of Rights Under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA): the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) affords students certain rights with respect to their education records. Those rights are fully enumerated in the CSCU System Policy 2.2.
