- New students enrolling for the first time in Fall 2023 will begin as students of Connecticut State Community College under this draft catalog.

This Certificate provides students with knowledge, techniques and perspectives in the theory and practice of management. It prepares students for entry level careers in management and administration.
Learning Outcomes:
- Demonstrate an understanding of basic theory and practice of business administration and management.
- Demonstrate the ability to read, understand, and prepare standard types of business communications.
